In doing this, she is able to develop a personalized treatment plan for each individual skin concern as well as provide result-oriented services. She loves making people feel good about themselves and provides a professional service every time. Mandi is a native to Tennessee and lives in Nolensville with her husband Nick and son Austin. She loves animals, cooking, traveling, and spending time with family.

Kristin Peasley became a licensed aesthetician in 2023, driven by her own journey through skincare challenges. With a deep passion for aesthetic skin care and treatments, Kristin is dedicated to helping others achieve their skincare goals. She believes in the importance of personalized care and actively engages with clients to ensure they receive tailored solutions. Kristin also appreciates the joy of facials as a means of self-care and relaxation, making every session a holistic experience for her clients.

Jordyn is a graduate from the TCAT Nashville Aesthetic Program. Through her own skincare journey, she discovered her passion for aesthetics. Her favorite thing about being an aesthetician is helping others find confidence in their skin. In her free time, you can find her frolicking with her goats, spending time with loved ones, and binging trashy Netflix romance series.

Amy, NP

Murfreesboro, Cool Springs

Amy is a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Vanderbilt University and a native of Middle Tennessee, currently residing in Franklin with her husband, Cary, and their two children, Lila and Bennett. Her family enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors and she and her daughter, Lila, also share a love for horseback riding.

With over 20 years of experience in aesthetics, Amy founded AWSkinCo+ in 2012, which has since grown to three successful practice locations across Middle Tennessee. She specialize in full-face rejuvenation using Botox and dermal fillers, with a particular passion for rejuvenating aging faces.

Additionally, Amy is a national trainer for the Allergan Medical Institute and has dedicated nearly 10 years to educating the industry, training over 1,000 injectors. She has also served as an advisor to Allergan, Galderma, and Empower Aesthetics, contributing to product launches, protocols and industry safety standards.

Cora, RN

Westhaven, Cool Springs

Cora is a proud East Tennessean and graduate of Milligan University who has been caring for patients for more than 20 years. She began her nursing career in adult critical care, post-anesthesia care, and neurology, gaining invaluable clinical experience at world-class hospitals including Duke University Hospital, Tripler Army Medical Center, and Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

Over seven years ago, Cora discovered her passion for aesthetic medicine while working in plastic surgery.  She is now a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) and serves as the lead injector at the Westhaven location, while also seeing patients at the Cool Springs office. She is known for her gentle touch, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to keeping results natural, helping every patient feel refreshed, confident, and authentically beautiful.

When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll likely find Cora spending time with her husband, their daughter, and their beloved Velcro-dog Vizsla, Jolene. She loves traveling, cheering on the Nashville Predators, getting in a great workout, enjoying a glass of red wine, and never turns down the chance for a solid nap.

Devan, RN

Devan began her nursing career in 2015 and spent years in emergency medicine, where she developed a strong clinical foundation and a calm, confident approach to patient care. In 2019, she transitioned into medical aesthetics—an area that allowed her to merge her medical expertise with her love of artistry and detail. Currently pursuing her Nurse Practitioner degree, Devan is dedicated to expanding her knowledge and offering the most advanced, evidence-based treatments in modern aesthetics.

Chelsea, NP

Chelsea is a board-certified Adult Primary Care Nurse Practitioner with advanced clinical training and a specialized focus in aesthetic medicine. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University and began her career as an aesthetic injector in Pittsburgh, where she discovered a passion for combining medical precision with the artistry of facial rejuvenation.

With a strong foundation in facial anatomy and a commitment to natural, individualized results, Chelsea offers expertise in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and regenerative skin treatments.

She creates tailored treatment plans that reflect each patient’s unique goals, delivering evidence-based care that enhances natural beauty while preserving authenticity. Outside the clinic, Chelsea enjoys time with her daughter, live music, and creative pursuits such as machine embroidery and needlepoint.

Cary, NP

Cary is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who completed his degree from Vanderbilt University in 2002, where he graduated Cum Laude, and is certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy and Weight Loss. He completed his Board Certification and fellowship in Anti-Aging Medicine and Metabolic Medicine in 2019 to better help serve his clients. Cary’s goal is to offer proactive, preventative medical care, enhancing health rather than waiting for age-related diseases to appear. Cary has over 20 years’ experience in medicine working in roles including family practice and urgent care. His patients love him for his genuine nature, kindness and willingness to listen and learn about what is really concerning them. This combined with his intense thirst for knowledge and truth in wellness and his passion to help patients live a healthier, more active and fulfilled lifestyle brought him to develop Aesthetic+Wellness. His core values of focusing on prevention and delaying the onset of disease through lifestyle and diet were not truly able to be fulfilled in a traditional medicine setting. After years in medicine, he decided he was ready for more, he was ready to share his passion for wellness, to truly collaborate with clients in their wellness journey, in feeling their very best at every stage of life through prevention-focused, diet and lifestyle management as well as correcting imbalances brought on by the stressors of everyday life. Cary lives with his wife, Amy, and his two children, Lila and Bennett near Franklin, TN. Cary loves to golf with friends and to hike with his family. He and Amy enjoy preparing and sharing amazing and healthy meals with friends and are committed to instilling in their children the importance of diet and lifestyle as it applies to health.
